Jacopo Bernè (1993, Milan, Italy).
He lives and works in Milan. Bernè is a young artist who attempts to portray the hidden emotions of the soul through a specific selection of colors and techniques.

Bernè’s creative gesture is driven by love, passion, and happiness, but also pain and suffering; the only possible channel of expression for him. This is his research and quest, inevitable and passionate, which follows him into the silent corners of the mind, where life remains in the silence of the shadows.
​
There the artist moves, listens, and observes, through his work made of lines and fabrics, creating a path for the spaces of the soul; and again, frozen roses in the moment of life, destined for eternal beauty. The act conveys the fragility and fear of the concept of love.

Bernè often utilizes his hands and body as a tool to paint, since the brush would distance him from what he creates and from the urgency of being whole with the creative act.

Paintings, sculptures, desiccated flowers, resin drops, and lines that intersect on the surface of the canvas.
